When running a package in SSDT (SQL Server Data Tools), SSIS Designer supports breakpoints on containers and tasks. SSDT (SQL Server Data Tools) also provides debug windows to view the data during a breakpoint. Additionally, SSIS Designer provides progress reporting for debugging package control flow.
