Xamarin.Android warning XA1008

The TargetFrameworkVersion (compileSdk) must not be lower
than targetSdkVersion (targetSdk).

You should either, increase the `$(TargetFrameworkVersion)`
of your project. Or decrease the `android:targetSdkVersion`
in your `AndroidManifest.xml` to correct this issue.
