Enable native assembly for the server side

After creating the necessary native assemblies using the Native Assembly > Setup screen in Monetize, third-party ad server publishers can enable Native Assembly for the server side at the Publishers > Placements level for each placement that has been associated to a corresponding native assembly.

Note

The easiest way to enable server-side Native Assembly is from the Native Assembly renderer edit workflow. You can still use the checkbox on the Inventory Manager edit screen to enable a placement for server-side Native Assembly.

The steps outlined here should only be performed by third-party ad server publishers.

  1. Navigate to Publishers > Inventory Manager.
  2. Click the number that is displayed in the Placements column for the appropriate publisher.
  3. Find the corresponding placement by scrolling through the Placement List.
  4. Click the placement.
  5. Click Full Edit at the top of the Placement Details pane.
  6. Scroll down to the Allowed Media section.
  7. Check the Native option.
  8. Click Include for the Native option within the Search pane.
  9. The Media Settings section will expand below Allowed Media. Select the Enable Server-Side Native Assembly checkbox.
  10. Click Save.
