เมื่อต้องการดูปัญหาที่ทราบแล้วที่ใช้งานอยู่ ให้ทําตามขั้นตอนด้านล่าง:

1. ไปที่หน้าปัญหาที่ทราบแล้วใหม่
2. บนเมนูทางด้านซ้าย เลือกปริมาณงานที่คุณกําลังทํางานอยู่
3. On the top right of the screen, select the Filters to open the filters
4. Uncheck the Closed option so that only Active is selected
5. Select Apply and view your active known issues

หากต้องการดูปัญหาที่ทราบแล้วที่ปิดแล้ว ให้ทําตามขั้นตอนด้านล่าง:

1. ไปที่หน้าปัญหาที่ทราบแล้วใหม่

3. On the top right of the screen, select the Filters to open the filters
4. Uncheck the Active option so that only Closed is selected
