After hot unplugging the device in the DP slot, I encountered a Windows crash when hot plugging the device into this DP slot.

I found that after the DP slot was hot plugged, I immediately received a read TLP from the host for EP, but now the slot no longer has a device, so I can only return UR.Perhaps it's because I returned UR, but the host did not allocate resources for the PCIe device.
