Windows 10 更新到19H1版本之後，甚至是Windows 11的版本，MySQL資料庫連結都一直有問題！

自從Windows 10 更新到19H1之後的任何一個版本，MySQL的資料庫連線傳輸都會出現如下的錯誤訊息：

更新資料異常:時間:2024/01/09 17:51:10 Type 'MySql.Data.Types.MySqlDateTime, MySql.Data, Version=5.2.5.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=c5687fc88969c44d' is not allowed here. See https://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?linkid=2132227 for more information.

想要請教一下，Win 10自19H1版本之後的日期、時間格式是否做了什麼調整？！

有什麼方法可以讓日期、時間設定格式能符合Win 10 RS5之前的版本格式？

    發現主因是更新完(KB4569745、KB5033918、KB4570721、KB5033909、KB5034275)等等針對 .NET Framework 3.5、4.8 和 4.8.1 的累積更新更新包(品質更新)後，就會發生這樣的問題！
    只要移除安裝後，就恢復正常，但是現在的win10會強制再更新回來，而且會以不同的更新包編號安裝！

    且到了Windows11 的KB5004342 ，已經變成是必要的更新包，用指令也不允許移除了！！

    那又有什麼方法可以解決？！
