It sounds like your OneDrive is still linked to your old school account, which might be causing the login and file access issues. Try signing out of OneDrive completely, then restarting your device and signing back in using your personal Microsoft account. If that doesn’t work, go to the Windows Credential Manager and remove any saved credentials related to your school account. Also, check if OneDrive is syncing properly. An exclamation mark usually means there’s a sync issue. You can right-click the OneDrive icon in the taskbar and view sync problems. If the upload, delete, or move options are grayed out, it could be a permissions issue with files still tied to your school account. Reinstalling OneDrive might also help.
