显示器（Monitor）WHQL认证测试：最新 Windows HLK for Windows 11, 版本 25H2测试 ，其中一项Monitor-Digital link protection test一直Fail

1、失败项目Monitor - Digital link Protection test>Excuse Test >Fail to OPM Control，OPM初始化就失败。

2、同一个机器在windows 24H2上是Pass的。排除机器问题，环境问题；

3、这个项目在HLK 25H2和 HLK 24H2的测试内容似乎不一样；

4、应用最新windows HLK筛选器也是无法Pass；

5、不同客户端，服务器，各种显卡组合全部试过了都不行，排除机器，环境问题（个人觉得问题出在HLK上）

6、用HLK 24H2版测试Windows 11 25H2这项可以pass，但是测试内容和HLK 24H2版测试

  Windows 11 24H2一样；
