The attached document Describes in step by step fashion,
how to update biztalk assembly versions in daily build scenarios.
Since btprojs dont use assemblyinfo.cs they are treated differently.

Thanks for posting on this!The btproj assembly version can also be updated from visual studio by right-clicking on the BizTalk project, selecting properties and then Common Properties - Assembly. The two values there are "Assembly File Version" and "Assembly Informational Version".But the pipelines update is a great "gotcha" that tends to get overlooked. - Anonymous
