__outdwordstring

生成 rep outsd 指令，该指令将从 Buffer 开始的 Count 个双字发送到 Port 指定的 I/O 端口。

端口
[in] 要将数据发送到的端口。

Buffer
[in] 要从指定端口发送出去的数据的指针。
