Parameters
phEnum [in， out]指向返回的枚举器的指针。
tk [in]枚举范围的令牌，或所有自定义属性的零。
tkType [in]要枚举的属性类型的构造函数的标记，或 null 用于所有类型。
rCustomAttributes [out]自定义属性令牌的数组。
cMax [in]数组的最大大小 rCustomAttributes 。
pcCustomAttributes [out， optional]返回 rCustomAttributes的实际标记值数。
