NotRegistered：订阅未注册 Azure 扩展区域
PendingRegister：Azure 扩展区域的订阅挂起注册
已注册：订阅已注册 Azure 扩展区域
PendingUnregister：订阅正在挂起注销 Azure 扩展区域
