'primary'：将按钮放在中心控制栏的右端，但在 EndCallButton 之前（在 rtl 模式下左端）。 'overflow'：将按钮放在溢出菜单的末尾。 'secondary'：将按钮放在侧面控制栏的左端（在 RTL 模式下为右侧）。
