Add-AzAutoscaleSetting cmdlet 创建自动缩放设置。

前两个命令使用 New-AzAutoscaleRule 创建两个自动缩放规则，$Rule 1 和 $Rule 2。
第三和第四个命令使用 New-AzAutoscaleProfile 通过 $Rule 1 和 $Rule 2 创建自动缩放配置文件、$Profile 1 和 $Profile 2。
最后一个命令使用 $Profile 1 和 $Profile 2 中的配置文件创建自动缩放设置。
