说明
Add-AzureVirtualIP cmdlet 向 Azure 服务添加新的虚拟 IP（VIP）。 新的虚拟 IP 具有名称，但未分配 IP 地址。
仅当将终结点关联到 VIP 时，才会分配 IP 地址。 有关详细信息，请参阅 Add-AzureEndpoint。
订阅仅在与终结点关联后才会收取额外的 VIP 费用。
