New-AzureRmMediaService
Creates a media service if the media service already exists, all its properties are updated with the input provided.
Warning
The AzureRM PowerShell module has been officially deprecated as of February 29, 2024. Users are

Description
The New-AzureRmMediaService cmdlet creates a media service.
If the media service already exists, this cmdlet update its properties.
