XML document is not loaded. (Error 2096)

The ApplyDiffGram method, ChangesToCursor method, and ToCursor method and the associated XMLAdapter object must have an XML document loaded.

• Check the XMLAdapter objects IsLoaded property to see if an XML document has been loaded.
