This function initializes the interrupt hardware. It is usually called during the system initialization process. If your implementation uses hardware platform callbacks, OALIntrInit calls the BSPIntrInit function.

Remarks
OALIntrInit initializes interrupt mapping, and performs hardware-specific and any call platform-specific initialization.
