PDD_DeInit is called when the driver is being unloaded. At this point the PDD layer should free up any remaining resources.
Syntax

LPVOID PDDContext
);
Parameters
PDDContext
[in]This is the return value of PDD_Init.
Return Value
PDD specific. ERROR_SUCCESS represents success. Any other value will be treated as error.
