DirectDrawCreate	Creates an instance of a DirectDraw object.
DirectDrawCreateClipper	Creates an instance of a DirectDrawClipper object not associated with a DirectDraw object.
DirectDrawEnumerateEx	Enumerates all DirectDraw devices installed on the system.
