音频硬件资源管理

Windows 10 包括能够使用 XML 文件表达并发约束。 在资源受限的设备上,为特定音频流指定优先级的能力可以增强客户体验。

在低成本笔记本电脑或平板电脑设备上创建良好的音频体验的一个挑战是,某些设备具有各种并发约束。 例如,设备可能只能同时播放多达 6 个音频流,并且仅支持 2 个卸载流。 当有具有实时音频的活动视频呼叫时,设备可能仅支持 2 个音频流。 当设备捕获音频时,设备最多只能播放 4 个音频流。

Windows 10 包含一种机制,用于表达并发约束,以确保高优先级音频流能够播放。 如果系统没有足够的资源,则会终止低优先级流。

Windows 11 提供使用 资源组 的其他功能,本主题稍后将在“ 资源组 - 扩展音频资源管理”中介绍。

若要指定约束,请完成这两个步骤。

指定并发资源约束

XML 约束文件由三个部分组成。 第一个必需部分由 <Limits></Limits>定义。 本部分可用于定义最多 15 个资源限制。 例如,可以为最大呈现流数和可卸载的最大流数定义约束。

XML 文件的下一部分定义一个或多个独占终结点列表,每个列表都包含两个或多个终结点。 这些终结点无法同时被激活。 本部分为可选。

例如,如果音频硬件中的 HandsetSpeaker 和 WiredHeadsetSpeaker 都连接到同一个 DAC,且它们不能同时处于活动状态,则这些音频终端类型应位于同一个 ExclusiveEndpoints 列表中。

本部分可以有多个 <ExclusiveEndpoints> 节点。 每个 ExclusiveEndpoints 节点包含两个或多个终结点节点。 每个终结点节点都包含 HWID、TopologyName 和 PinId。

使用音频资源时,音频服务会跟踪资源。 当资源不足时,如果现有资源使用者优先级较高,则会终止优先级较低的流,或者当前资源请求将失败。

  • <PhoneCall> - <Phonecall> 节点包含一个具有 CallState 子节点,可以是“活动”或“保留”。

TopologyName 的通配符选项

通配符选项可以与 TopologyName 标签一起使用。 此功能可用于支持与侧带蓝牙关联的动态行为。 此选项允许音频驱动程序为每个匹配特定模式的配对蓝牙外围设备创建一组新的接口。 这可以防止不同音频外围设备的用户设置混合在一起。

为此,建议将外围硬件 ID 添加到音频接口引用字符串。 这可以通过使用外围设备的符号链接的哈希来实现。 音频驱动程序 Sysvad 示例代码包括 HFP 侧带、A2DP 侧带和 USB 侧带的示例实现。 示例函数名为“CreateFilterNames”。 此函数对符号链接进行哈希处理,并将其与筛选器名称组合在一起,为每个外围设备生成唯一的筛选器名称。

资源 XML 定义是驱动程序包的一部分,硬件 ID 在创建时未知。

为了支持此动态匹配,为拓扑名称的资源 XML 声明中的最后一个字符提供了星号“*”通配符选项。

遵循“BTHFPCapture-*”模式的驱动程序创建的所有终结点都将使用相同的资源定义。

资源组 - 扩展音频资源管理

资源组从 Windows 11 开始可用。 资源组允许将终结点分配给 XML 中预定义的不同资源组。 资源组允许在定义的限制下分配音频资源(如流)。

在创建流之前,音频硬件资源管理器将确定要使用的资源组,并通知分配组的驱动程序。 当音频硬件资源管理器检测到冲突时,将优先级最高的流呈现到最高优先级终结点(当前默认值)分配给首选资源组,而低优先级流将接收下一个可用的资源组。 此过程将重复,直到没有更多流或不再有资源。 资源耗尽后,创建一个或多个最低优先级流会返回失败信息,表明资源不足。

资源组被分配后,相关资源组会通知音频终结点。 资源 XML 根据优先级/首选项声明哪些资源组适用于终结点,并且可以根据需要在受支持的资源组之间移动,以满足整个系统资源需求。

如果没有资源组,在 Windows 11 之前的版本中,资源管理系统假定硬件资源有限,但这些资源可以在音频终结点(DSP MIPS)中自由移动。 例如,系统可以跨音频终结点的任意组合创建最多三个卸载流、一个通信流和一个语音流。 声明和使用资源时,它们都来自单个池。 这可以视为在所有音频终结点之间共享单个资源组。 由于只有一个资源组,因此无需通知驱动程序正在使用哪个组。

资源组方案示例

例如,如果驱动程序有两个音频终结点和两个用于呈现音频的分隔路径,一个通过 DSP 和一个没有 DSP 的路径。 提前选择的两个路径可以用于任一终结点,但被分配到使用 DSP 的终结点对 DSP 拥有独占使用权,并且该终结点的所有音频都必须通过 DSP。 即这两个路径之间没有混合音频。

DSP 的资源约束和功能与没有 DSP 的终结点不同。 交换两个终结点之间的资源需要终止这两个终结点上的所有音频、重新分配硬件,然后再恢复音频。 在终结点上创建任何流之前,需要在驱动程序之外决定是否使用 DSP。 如果发生冲突,两个同时需要 DSP 功能的应用程序,资源组用于确定哪个终结点获取哪个资源。

每个资源组都是使用自己的一组资源创建的,但也可以选择使用全局共享的资源。 例如, 可以定义 DSPGroup 以允许两个卸载流和一个主机语音流,而 NoDSPGroup 仅允许一个卸载流和无主机语音流。 此定义允许最多三个卸载流一次处于活动状态。 系统范围内同时最多可以支持两个卸载流,并在 DSPGroup 和 NoDSPGroup 之间共享。

创建流后,将基于所创建的流的类型以及流和终结点的优先级,将其分配给 DSPGroup 或 NoDSPGroup。 如果创建的流被设置为卸载,则会被分配到 DSPGroup;如果不是这样,则可能被分配给 DSPGroup 或 NoDSPGroup。

将终结点分配到组时,该终结点上的所有流都仅限于与该组关联的流资源。 例如,将终结点分配到 DSPGroup 时,最多可以使用两个卸载流。

已确定终结点必须由于流的优先级而从一个组移动到另一个组。 例如,如果在扬声器终结点上创建了第一个卸载流,并在头戴显示设备终结点上创建了一个新的卸载流,并且只有一个可用的 DSPGroup 资源集,则需要将 DSPGroup 资源从扬声器终结点重新分配到耳机终结点。 为此,所有扬声器 DSPGroup 流都将失效。 然后,将 DSPGroup 分配给头戴显示设备终结点和创建的卸载流。 失效后,由失效的应用重新创建的流将发现卸载不再可用,因为这些流的优先级低于现有耳机端点卸载用户。 NoDSPGroup 将分配到扬声器终结点,流将限制为扬声器终结点资源约束,例如,系统中最多可以有六个主机流。

资源组分配行为

  • 启动时,将从外部资源管理器分配现有全局资源。 然后,每个资源组会有一个通过外部资源管理器分配的资源,其数量等于该组的最大实例数。

  • 在运行时,每个终结点将仅关联到一个资源组。

  • 该终结点上的流只能访问关联资源组中的资源。

  • 还可以使用原始全局共享池中的资源。

  • 在终结点上创建第一个流时,将获取所需的终结点资源约束。 在终结点上关闭最后一个流时,将释放约束。

  • 当一个终结点被分配到资源组时,需要通知该终结点其被分配的资源组。

  • 分配的资源组将取决于当前活动流的资源组要求的优先级和可用性。

  • 获取终结点资源约束时,终结点上的流仅限于全局流资源,以及获取的资源组中的流资源。 它们可能无法获取其他组中可用的资源。

  • 属于资源组的资源仅由当前分配的资源组的终结点使用。

  • 资源组可以选择包含其他组特定的资源。 每种资源都将按照资源组的最大实例数从外部资源管理器中分配。

  • 更改资源组分配后,终结点上的所有流都会在更改之前终止。

  • 要使终结点从一个资源组移动到另一个资源组,需要将保存另外一个资源组中资源的所有流无效化,并且在新的流创建时,会从新的资源组中获取资源。

注册表项配置
