The METransformFlushInputStream event informs the Device Transform Manager to flush the output stream of devproxy that is connected to the input of Device MFT.

Remarks
当设备 MFT 的输入流的连接流需要刷新时，它将生成此事件。 In response to this event, DTM would call FlushOutputStream on the connected stream of the Devproxy and it will call FlushInputStream on the Device MFT. 设备 MFT 会刷新其输入流，并且刷新作被视为已完成。
通常，当流本身处于运行状态或即将停止时，将调用此事件。
