参数
此方法没有任何参数。
返回值
返回值在成功时 S_OK ，否则返回值为错误值。
备注
可以中止异步和同步 Send 方法。 若要中止同步 Send 方法，必须从 IWinHttpRequestEvents 事件中调用 Abort。
