My Hours - Connector 簡介

使用「我的時數」連接器追蹤時間並管理專案、任務、客戶和標籤。

Authentication

型： API 金鑰（標頭）

建立連線時，請使用下列確切格式，在名為 Authorization 的單一欄位中輸入完整值：

範例：apikey 123abcXYZ

連接器會將此值作為每個請求的標頭傳送 Authorization 。

從哪裡獲得鑰匙： 從您的「我的營業時間」帳戶設定。建立或複製 API 金鑰。保守秘密，如果暴露，請輪換它。

支援的動作

建立用戶端 — 建立新用戶端。
依名稱尋找用戶端 — 傳回符合所提供名稱的用戶端。
建立專案 — 建立新專案。
依名稱尋找專案 — 依名稱尋找專案。
將任務新增至專案 — 在選取的專案上建立任務。
依名稱尋找任務 — 依名稱和專案 ID 尋找專案任務。
建立標籤 – 建立新標籤（十六進位顏色）。
依名稱尋找標籤 — 依名稱尋找標籤。
建立時間日誌 — 建立新的時間日誌。
取得時間日誌 – 擷取日期範圍的詳細活動/時間日誌。

支援的觸發程式

建立新專案時 — 當新專案出現時觸發。
建立新任務時 — 當出現新專案任務時觸發。
建立新時間記錄檔時 — 出現新的時間記錄檔時觸發。

使用說明和限制

授權格式 — 連線需要文字前置詞 apikey ，後面接著您的金鑰。如果您省略前置詞或新增額外的字元，則要求可能會失敗，並顯示 400 或 401。
日期/時間格式 — 日期為 YYYY-MM-DD。 日期/時間值為 ISO 8601（例如 2025-09-05T08:30:00Z 或局部偏移）。
建立時間日誌— 提供duration （秒）或兩者 start 和 end。提供這三個都是無效的。
動態選擇器 – 專案、任務、標籤和使用者欄位使用動態清單;確保您的帳戶有權讀取這些實體，否則清單可能是空的。
環境 — 僅支援生產 API 主機： https://api2.myhours.com。

錯誤處理

連接器會傳回標準 HTTP 狀態碼：

200	成功	讀取/列出作業。
201	已建立	成功的建立作業。
400	錯誤的請求	輸入遺失/無效、標頭格式錯誤、正文欄位衝突。
500	伺服器錯誤	暫時性後端問題或非預期的錯誤。

Troubleshooting

確認授權值是否使用確切 apikey YOUR_API_KEY 的格式。
檢查必填欄位是否存在且有效。
對於 Create Time Log，確認 您傳遞了duration或（和startend）。
