The METransformFlushInputStream event informs the Device Transform Manager to flush the output stream of devproxy that is connected to the input of Device MFT.

Remarks
當裝置 MFT 的輸入資料流程需要排清連線資料流程時，它會產生此事件。 In response to this event, DTM would call FlushOutputStream on the connected stream of the Devproxy and it will call FlushInputStream on the Device MFT. 裝置 MFT 會排清其輸入資料流程，而排清作業會被視為完成。
一般而言，當資料流程本身處於執行中狀態或即將停止時，會呼叫此事件。
