The METransformNeedInput event indicates that a device transform needs an input.

Remarks
裝置轉換管理員 （DTM） 不會處理此事件，原因如下：
- Devproxy 沒有任何輸入針腳
- 即使裝置 MFT 有輸入針腳，當 Devproxy 的輸出上可用時，它會自動提供範例。 因此，裝置 MFT 不需要要求範例。 DTM 會忽略此要求。
