擷取值，指出是否啟用字元語音輸出。

• 傳回S_OK，表示作業成功。

pbEnabled

如果語音輸出目前已啟用，且停用則 為 False，則為 true 的變數位址。

由於此設定會影響所有字元的口語輸出 （TTS 和聲音檔案），因此只有使用者可以在 Microsoft agent 屬性表中變更此屬性。
