Hi

One of our company is using Windows 10 as server. As I know, Microsoft has a product dedicated to server which Windows Server 20xx. Therefore, I would like to know is there any advantage or disadvantage of using it.

Further is it advisable to using it.

Appreciate if possible you can share any relevant article to my question.

Thank you in advance in your help.

sorry forgot to answer your question. basically it using for file and printing sharing.

File sharing could go into SharePoint or Teams.  Print sharing you could setup direct IP printing to the printer if it's a proper network printer.

    hi

do you mean if we are using 365, we are no longer require windows server or probably less reliance on windows server?

Microsoft 365 (NOT Office 365) reduces (if not does away altogether) the need for a server as it includes the device/user management options that a server has.  Can you do away completely?  It depends if you have migrated things like the file and print management elsewhere as well.  Also what connectivity you have to your site if you are going cloud first.
