Slow AD authentication on work websites

For the last 2 to 3 weeks I've been having issues with slow AD authentication when access work-related websites. I use a separate profile for work purposes. The problem only happens with Edge on MacOS. It works fine with Chrome, Safari, Edge on Windows. It also only occurs with the aforementioned profile. I've tried removing the profile and re-adding, but the same slowness results. I've also tried Edge Beta and Edge Dev, which also have the same slowness when signed in to the same profile. Does anyone have any ideas as to how I can resolve this? I can change browser but I don't think any other browser supports multiple profiles as well as Edge. I currently use 4 separate profiles to keep different MS 365 accounts fully separate.

I've been having this issue now for a couple of weeks as well. Also I'm unable to sign in to Power BI completely. No idea what triggered this, but it is very annoying.

Try Edge>Settings>Reset Settings. I was encountering what sounds like the same issue; after resetting settings, Edge is back to full speed.

Resetting made no difference for me.

The problem may be with your Mac Edge installation or system configuration. The slow AD authentication issue that affects all three versions of Edge (Stable, Beta, and Dev) suggests that the issue is related to the Mac Edge installation or profile data.

If the data in the /Library/Application Support folder for Edge is corrupt or outdated, deleting it may help resolve the issue. As a last resort, it's worth a shot.

Another option is to use a virtual machine (VM) running Windows and access Edge from there. This way, you can continue using Edge and multiple profiles while accessing work-related websites quickly.

I'm not sure whether it's related, but I also can't log in to MS Teams in Edge, but have no issue with Chrome or Safari. Other sites that do eventually load will usually go through a phase with a link beginning with https://login.microsoftonline.com/login.srf before finally bringing up the login page for the site.
