Microsoft Teams - Close & Minimize Popups Stuck

After I close or minimize Microsoft Teams the little popup message, or hover over message for "Close" and "Minimize" is stuck on the desktop. I moved my chat window all over the screen and even onto my second monitor and no matter what, once I close or minimize the chat window the popup remains. I have Teams running all the time so shutting it down is not an option, this forces me to have a close or minimize popup on the desktop all day and it floats to top above all other screens/windows/tabs I have open!!!! I have uninstalled/re-installed Teams and tried everything else I can think of. Please assist, thanks!

Here are my specs

Corsair One PC

Windows 10 Home - 64 bit

Intel Core i7

16gb RAM

Also seeing this in my organisation. You have Microsoft Teams Version 1.0.00.16451 (64-bit). It was last updated on 6/21/17.

If you minimize by right-clicking from the Tittle Bar, there is no popup.

I want to add, that if you hover your mouse over the minimize or close buttons, and wait a second for the minimize or close tooltip to appear, then click minimize or close, the tooltip will not stick to the desktop... but if you hit the minimize or close buttons too fast (before the tooltip can appear) then the tooltip will stick to your desktop.
