Posting an 'Announcement' with the background Image in multiple channels is not working in MS-Teams

'Announcement' with the background Image using the Conversation - Format is not working in MS-Teams. None of the team members can see the posted announcement (multiple channels) in their mobiles. Though, I could not find any errors in my laptop through which I posted it. What can I do to solve the problem, please guide.

    Are users using iPhones or Android?

    Are we having issues on both types of devices? Thank you.

    Most of the users are using Android which are showing the problem of 'Announcement Post'. 

    No issues in iPhone.

    The issue is only with Android phones.
