No emails received for Azure training days

I registered for 3 (Azure, AI, and Data Fundamentals) virtual training days 2 days ago and have not received any emails or confirmations or links to join the events. I used the url prefixed //mktoevents.com/microsoft+event/ which seems genuine and is accessible via the MS

I have already checked my spam folder in my email. What should I do?

    Hi Suganya,
    thanks for link to the replies on same topic. I did base my message on that very same message/topic as its seems to the same issue.
    None of the those suggestions worked for me, and i did not want to use another email address.

    However I have worked out what maybe causing the issue. I tried to register for the course via a chrome browser. Both the 'Register Now' button and the 'reCAPTCHA' were intermittently unresponsive. A refresh on chrome did help get the form sent and display the >'Success! You’re registered! You will receive a confirmation email with more details soon.'<
    Which is why I assumed I would get an email.

    I have just tried the same process using MS Edge browser, and the email arrived within a couple of minutes.
    I may be wrong but I think your forms on Chrome, are not working as you'd expect them to.

    If you would like some actual steps I'd happy to supply them.

    Thanks for getting back. I understand that you have already checked the suggestions in the thread I shared, and you have also figured out that the issue may be with the Chrome browser.

    I really appreciate your effort to taking the time to test the registration process in Microsoft Edge and providing me with the steps. In the meantime, I would recommend that you try registering for the training days again in Edge. If you still do not receive an email, please let me know.

    Hi, as noted above I have already received the confirmation email via an edge registration.
    So am happy I have a work round.
