thanks for link to the replies on same topic. I did base my message on that very same message/topic as its seems to the same issue.
None of the those suggestions worked for me, and i did not want to use another email address.
However I have worked out what maybe causing the issue. I tried to register for the course via a chrome browser. Both the 'Register Now' button and the 'reCAPTCHA' were intermittently unresponsive. A refresh on chrome did help get the form sent and display the >'Success! You’re registered! You will receive a confirmation email with more details soon.'<
Which is why I assumed I would get an email.
I have just tried the same process using MS Edge browser, and the email arrived within a couple of minutes.
I may be wrong but I think your forms on Chrome, are not working as you'd expect them to.
If you would like some actual steps I'd happy to supply them.
