Your screenshot indicates that you selected Accounts--> Email & accounts. However, please kindly select Accounts --> Click on Access work or School accounts -->Check if your accounts are listed there, if it is, click on the dropdown icon -->Then, click on Disconnect and restart your device, then check if there is any difference. You can refer to the screenshot below:
