    Hello

My name is Veejay, an Independent Advisor and a Microsoft user like you and I'll be glad to help you.

You need to make sure that your Teams app is up to date.
Click on your profile picture > Check for Updates > Refresh/ Restart Teams.

Then, you need to enable "Turn on new meeting experience" on Teams.

    1. At the top right of your app, click on your picture > Settings.
    2. Under General, enable " Turn on new meeting experience (New meetings and calls will open in separate windows. Requires restarting Teams.)"
    3. Close the Window then Restart Microsoft Teams by right clicking on the icon > Quit then start again.

When a new meeting started, you can click on More options (...) then select Large Gallery View or Together Mode

Note: This view is available when there are 10 or more attendees who are sharing video.

Please let me know if you have any questions or concern.
    Thank you

    Hello,

Large Gallery view will be visible if 10 or more participants are sharing video while for Together Mode, 5 or more participants.

Can you provide a screen shot when you click on More Options (...) after 10 or more participants are sharing video.

    Thank you

    Hi,

I have the same problem. What I think Shocker's asking for is how to see the participants in focus instead of the content the presenter is sharing. You could do this before by simply clicking on one of the participants video, but with latest update it seems disabled.

    Best,

    Fredrik

Any solution for that issue available? Before last update it was possible by simply clicking on any incoming video from participants to switch between shared screen from anybody to video gallery. I do not have the switch button either and can only do it via the three dots menu.

    T
