Power light blinks once per second though Win 11 PC appears to be operating normallly

My Win 11 PC (fully updated) seems to be operating normally BUT the power light flashes once per second. I tried shutting down the PC and removing the power cord for several minutes and then starting everything up again. Still the flashing, though operation seems otherwise okay. I looked at the Device Manager and the only notable item is a yellow flag under "Other Devices" for the Raid Controller with the message that no driver is installed. I do not believe I am using the raid controller, but still attempted to find a driver, without success.

I'd appreciate any help or suggestions.
