How to talk to support about my hotmail account thats blocked

I have a hotmail account connected to lots of importent apps and games etc . Its been blocked and cant use the recovery form to fix it because they need information I cant give because I cant se mails sent from the adress because its blocked. Had it connected to gmail but it doesnt help . Trying to talk to a support so I can get help with un actual human . But it seems to be impossible to get to a support other then outlook mobile and they cant help me . They tell me to contact support for microsoft but there is no where to find?

You may try to select different answer to break thru the robot.
