The fourcc of the chunk.
- index
- Int32
The index of the chunk if there are more than one chunks.

- Byte[]
An array of bytes to set.

Returns Success on success, otherwise an AudioFileError error code.

Use 'SetUserData (AudioFileChunkType, int, byte[])' instead.
