Remarks
Baml2006Reader uses an internal settings class override. However you can pass the information that is permitted by the XamlReaderSettings base class, and your passed settings are internally upgraded to or merged into the internal settings. Passing null for xamlReaderSettings of this signature throws an exception. If you have no special settings to report, use the Baml2006Reader(Stream) signature.
