Open Command Prompt
From the command window, type msiexec /a package and press ENTER.
Where:
package is the name of the Windows Installer package file.

To open command prompt, click Start, point to All Programs, point to Accessories, and then click Command Prompt..
Windows Installer command-line switches are not case-sensitive.
