Variables are only populated by the server, and will be ignored when sending a request.

savings	ReservationRecommendationDetailsSavingsProperties Savings information for the recommendation.
scope	str Scope of the reservation, ex: Single or Shared.
usage	ReservationRecommendationDetailsUsageProperties Historical usage details used to calculate the estimated savings.
