Name of the CDN profile which is unique within the resource group.
- endpointName

Name of the endpoint under the profile which is unique globally.

Azure Subscription ID.

- ILoadParameters
The path to the content to be loaded. Path should be a full URL, e.g. ‘/pictures/city.png' which loads a single file
- onOk

a delegate that is called when the remote service returns 200 (OK).
- onDefault
- Func<HttpResponseMessage,Task<IErrorResponse>,Task>
a delegate that is called when the remote service returns default (any response code not handled elsewhere).
