Your answer assumes getting support is possible. However, the Surface Device app requires your device to be listed in your Microsoft Account devices, on which the Earbuds to not appear.
I have replaced the left earbud; how can I connect it?
My left earbud fell out on the street and couldn't be found. I bought a replacement from a third party. I haven't been able to connect it, unfortunately, despite trying a factory reset and firmware update. The right earbud still works. Is there a solution? If not, I'd like to understand the problem. Thanks.

2022-10-21T14:14:00+00:00 I know that Microsoft doesn't sell earbuds individually. To repeat what I've written previously, I would still be interested in understanding why two earbuds that were not originally sold as a pair cannot be made to work together. What is the technical issue?
