how do I delete my guest status from an old organization?

I reinstalled Teams after several year but if opens as teh guest account from an organization from four years ago. How do I remove this connection?

    I was a guest external user.

    Yes, I was the guest user to the DAI environment and now the DAI environment is back at login,

    Your screenshot doesn't show the guest tenant at all.

    The UI indicates that you are currently signing in in your own organization account in your native tenant.

    You have a meeting chat - for that meeting, you actually joined as an external user, not a guest user. Meaning you joined using your current work account, not your guest user.

    If you click on your user icon on the upper right, in the dropdown, do you see the guest tenant DAI?
