I think the deep cleaning. After I tried it late last evening and had the same result I gave up and went to bed. If time for propagation was needed that may have been a factor. This morning it appeared correct with the exception that there are Chats from 2021 with DAI personnel still displayed. The good news is it does not open with DIA as the tenant.

You are seeing the 2021 chats, as a guest user?? If your guest user is no longer there, you shouldn't be seeing those chats?

Unless the chats are where you participated as "external" user?

    Please clarify.
