Hi , Thank you for reaching out! My name is Stefano and it’s my pleasure to assist you today.

Is your iPad running the last firmware update, i.e. 26.1 ?

Are you trying to print World files, through iPad native apps or third parties ones ?

Besides, have you installed the latest iPad Ms Word App, i.e. 2.103.1 ?

Have you updated your AirPrint printer firmware to the latest one too ?

MS developers should consider to advise iPad users about their bad job. Congrats!!!

Until Microsoft will fix the issue releasing a New Word app, you should be able to print them saving your files in PDF and printing them through embedded Apple preview app.

Otherwise, consider to print them through World web version

Same here. I can print by selecting “Send a copy”, then send to a third-party printing app.

I also work at a School and have run into a similar issue with Word on new versions of office for IOS 2.103.1 seems to be the issue as discussed above. I wasn't able to get printing working with using command +P on iPads with physical keyboards is there a way to downgrade office 365 on IOS to workaround this issue.
