Remarque

Cet article comprend quelques exemples d’analyse de l’objet JSON d’activité dans différents canaux. L’exemple de code suivant récupère le contexte envoyé à partir d’Omnicanal pour Customer Service afin qu’il puisse être transmis à un agent Azure ou Copilot.
