Surface Duo 2 Launcher keeps crashing

As the title states, in the last few days, I have had Launcher crashing repeatedly. Just lately, I get a completely blank screen if I restart my phone (has screens aver but no icons and when I drag down from top of screen it will not stay). The last time my phone was in a stasis where I couldn't even get the restart/shutdown screen to remain - it just kept flashing up and then disappearing before I could hit restart. I kept locking and unlocking and eventually it sorted itself out.

    Did you buy it brand new, second hand?

    Maybe a factory reset would help.

    Also, do you use it for work,? Meaning are your teams and outlook apps managed by an organization... As that additional security may cause issues with a launcher.

    Hello!

    there are multiple persons on this thread with the same similar issue. Could each of you please provide the following?

    • build number of the operating system
      • Settings > about > Build Number
    • build number of the Launcher application
      • Settings > Apps & notifications > See all apps > Microsoft Launcher > Version
