As the title states, in the last few days, I have had Launcher crashing repeatedly. Just lately, I get a completely blank screen if I restart my phone (has screens aver but no icons and when I drag down from top of screen it will not stay). The last time my phone was in a stasis where I couldn't even get the restart/shutdown screen to remain - it just kept flashing up and then disappearing before I could hit restart. I kept locking and unlocking and eventually it sorted itself out.

Hmmm... That replicates my experience as well.

My outlook and teams are managed by organization.

Authentication required each time they are opened.

    Yours too?

Same here, random reboots. I experienced it after August firmware update. Could not figure out a precise pattern. However, more than once while listening music on Spotify and when using Outlook. After reboot there usually are notifications comming in from Outlook, even the ones I have had deleted before (synch problem?)

Just to update that after a factory reset, I haven't had the issues since. Now there were random apps hanging momentarily, which is annoying. I usually closed the phone and reopened and it responds again or just restarted the app.

But this is single apps AFAIK, and not the full UI laucher.

(Factory reset was a pain, much more difficult to set up the phone again afterwards, not having a security device setup for so many 2FA... compared to moving from one phone to another, for example)

Yeah, that seems to mirror a number of us. Other MS apps, Outlook, Teams causing the conflict.

Mine has been fine after a factory reset, it's now been over a month with no issues.
