I'm sorry to hear about the Wi-Fi issue on your Surface. I appreciate the effort in performing the troubleshooting methods.
Just to confirm the following questions:
- Did you update your Surface Book 2 through settings?
- What is the driver version of your Marvel Wi-Fi? Go to device manager > look for the Marvel driver > double-click then go to drivers tab.
- When you reset the device, did you use the Reset this PC option through settings?
- Do you see an exclamation point error on Marvel driver?
- When you say you have used different versions of driver for your Wi-Fi, did you go to device manager > double-click Marvel Wi-Fi > update the driver > Let me pick from the list?
Please also perform the methods below:
- Run the Surface Diagnostic Toolkit.
- Run the System File Checker.
- Try using the Marvel Version: 15.68.17022.122.
